北京商报讯（记者 孔文燮）10月14日，骑士乳业发布公告称，公司股东田胜利及控股股东一致行动人杜旭林在减持期间合计减持公司股份175.47万股，占公司总股本的0.84%。其中，田胜利减持75.47万股，减持金额463.42万元；杜旭林减持100万股，减持金额616.18万元。
